The following privacy policy applies to all personal data collected by the controller in performance of a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or by consent, through the website or other sources, and describes how the controller uses and protects personal data.

Legislation
The controller processes personal data provided by the User by telephone, in person, in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
Scope of data processing by the controller
Name, surname, company, address, telephone number, e-mail, Business ID No., Tax ID No., and other related communications, information and documents provided by the user to the controller as part of the provision of services.
At events organised by the controller (e.g. training, workshops, open days), the controller may make audiovisual recordings (photographs, video) and use them for its marketing purposes.
Duration of storage of personal data
The controller processes and stores personal data for the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations of the user and for the period for which the controller is obliged to store the data according to generally binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
The controller transfers the user's personal data to third parties only if this is required by another legal regulation; or it is necessary to provide a product or service, or on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest. The transfer of personal data always takes place on the basis of a legal provision or on the basis of a contract with a third party that provides sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data.
User rights
Right of access to personal data – the user has the right to obtain information from the controller as to whether the controller processes his/her personal data and, if so, exactly what data is processed and how it is processed. The user also has the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him/her corrected by the controller without undue delay at his/her request. The user has the right to complete any incomplete personal data at any time.
The right to erasure of personal data – the user has the right to request the controller to delete or destroy his/her personal data that the controller processes about the user if certain conditions are met and the user so requests.
The right to restrict the processing of personal data – the user has the right, to restrict the controller’s (in certain cases) processing of the user’s personal data. The user has the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests of the controller, a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
The right to portability of data – the user is able to obtain the personal data he/she has provided to the controller in a common and machine-readable format. This data may be subsequently transferred to another controller or, if technically feasible, a request may be made that the controllers transfer it between themselves.
The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – the user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, in whole or in part. Consent may be withdrawn by written notice sent to the controller's business address or email address. The controller may only process personal data to the extent necessary for the legal purposes of the processing, i.e. in particular for the performance of its legal obligations or for the protection of rights and legal claims.
If the user has doubts about the processing of his/her personal data by the controller, he/she may lodge a complaint directly with the controller or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
Cookies are very small text files used by Internet pages, which your browser stores on your computer and through which certain information flows to us or, if applicable, to a third party.
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include session cookies in particular. These store a session ID, which is used to assign different requests from your browser to one common session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you log out or close your browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. Unlike transient cookies, deletion does not occur automatically when the browser is closed. However, you can delete cookies at any time in your browser's security settings.
Cookies which are absolutely necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user ("necessary cookies") are processed by us within the scope of our legitimate interest in providing and operating the website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. The storage or access is only carried out if you give your consent.
