Our stands are characterized by high stiffness and strength and are designed for optimal distribution of force stresses. The strength of these stands is calculated by the FEM method.

The presses are equipped with modern control systems that are easy to use. The operator uses the touch screen on the control panel to set all the parameters of the press, or to select the press program from those that are already stored. The display can be used to monitor the pressing process values and the status of the press. The control system can collect data (press values and other device parameters) from the press for your OEE system or surrounding equipment. The machines are equipped with a remote control and can be set up for communication with other devices in the immediate surroundings.

Our hydraulic presses use hydraulic aggregates from renowned manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth, Hydac, etc. We prepare the parameters of the hydraulic unit according to your needs and the chosen production technology. To optimize power consumption, we use hydraulic units with a control pump or a pump controlled by a frequency converter. The location of the hydraulic unit is chosen according to your requirements or according to the concept of the workplace as a whole.

The safety of the operator is ensured on all sides of the hydraulic system according to your requirements along with suitability in relation to the specific application.
